Type 2 Diabetes

As an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control. Suitable for adult patients with type 2 diabetes, especially those whose blood sugar is not effectively controlled by diet and exercise. This product can be used alone or in combination with other hypoglycemic drugs (such as metformin, sulfonylureas, SGLT2 inhibitors, etc.).

Adults:

Indicated for obese individuals with a BMI ≥ 30kg/m², or overweight individuals with a BMI ≥ 27kg/m² and at least one weight-related comorbidity (e.g., hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia), as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

Adolescents (12 years and older):

Indicated for obese adolescents with a BMI at or above the 95th percentile for age and sex (approximately ≥ 30kg/m²), as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

Important Note: Oral tablets are currently generally approved only for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, not specifically for weight loss. The weight loss effect is considered a secondary benefit in diabetic patients.
