Delivery & Returns

We are prevented by law from accepting returns for any prescription medication. If you need to dispose of any medication, please follow the steps in this link: Drug Disposal Information

For safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for refrigerated items or items deemed hazardous by HealthWarehouse. Examples of such items may include, but are not limited to:

Insulin

Items involving bodily fluids

Syringes

Needles

Lancets

Blood Glucose Monitors

Test Strips

How To Return An Item

If you need to return an item, please log in to your account. On the left side of your screen, please click on the “Return Authorization” link. You may then click on the green “New Request” button to initiate a new Returns Authorization.

From the drop down box, please select the appropriate order from which you wish to return items. You may then check the boxes for the items you wish to return as well as indicate the quantity of each item to be returned. The next step is to indicate the desired resolution (Exchange or Refund) as well as indicate the condition of the items to be returned. Please then indicate the reason for your return. Once complete, click on the “Submit Request” to complete your Returns request.

Please be sure to click on the “Print Returns Authorization” link to print out a physical copy of your Returns request to be included with the items you are returning. Any returns received without a Returns Authorization request form may be delayed in processing. Please package the products being returned in a box or envelope (whichever best protects the product from damage) along with your printed Returns Authorization request. You may use your original envelope or box if it is still in good condition. Please return the package to the address where you get from our online customer service.

Refund Policy

Vetion cannot cancel or change any orders that have already processed or shipped out.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot stop shipment. We do not accept returns on any prescription items, as all sales are final and non-refundable due to government regulations. HarmonifyRX is not responsible for any orders once they have shipped from the pharmacy. We cannot issue refunds for medications that have proof of delivery from the carrier. We can re-order your medication, but you will be responsible for the new charge associated with this order. If you would like to file a lost or stolen package claim, you can contact the delivery carrier directly to do so. All medication orders are final once shipped by the Pharmacies, and the order cannot be returned or refunded. This is to protect the integrity of the medication and the health of the patient, as well as to comply with applicable laws. Cancellation Policy

A customer can cancel an order up to 10 minutes after the order is placed. To do so, go to My Account and view Orders Processing. A Cancel button with a countdown timer will be visible on current orders that are processing. Click the Cancel button and select your reason for cancellation to cancel the order. After cancellation, the order will be removed from your Orders Processing. Cancellation is not guaranteed if not done within the 10 minute grace period, as the order may have already shipped.
